 Hey! I haven’t posted in a long time, (I definitely didn’t forget I had a blog or anything...) but I’ve been nominated for The Mystery Blogger Award by Quinley (you definitely should check out their blog, they do drawings, acting and writing:

I didn’t even know this award existed until now, but nonetheless I am honoured that my blog was thought of, so thank you 😊

So, Quinley left me some questions (they asked the five and then two more bonus ones, I’m happy to answer all of them!)

1. Would you rather be a mermaid/merman/merperson for a week, or a fairy for a year? 

Ooh good question. Both sound very cool but I think I’d have to go with fairy for a year. Because I’ve always wanted to travel the whole world and who needs to pay for airplane tickets when you have wings of your own 😂 

2. If you could meet any fictional character, whom would you choose to meet? And why? 

Ahhh so many! Probably Luna Lovegood from Harry Potter? I feel like she’d be very interesting to talk to plus she inspires me in the way that she just is herself and doesn’t care what anyone thinks. Or Leo Valdez from the Heroes of Olympus because I find him hilarious. Or Piglet from Winnie the Pooh, because what more could you want then a kind-hearted talking pig?

3. What's your favorite song to listen to right now?

Good question 😂 At the moment I keep playing Ignorance by Paramore on repeat because I love it but as I write this I have Waving Through A Window from Dear Evan Hansen stuck in my head which I also love. 

4. Would you rather spend a month in a house that is haunted, or in a village that is haunted? 

A village - more to explore!

5. What inspired your current project(s)? And how different or similar is your project now from the thing that inspired it? 

Well I haven’t posted any of my current projects (but I will be soon!), but at the moment I’ve been doing a lot of fashion design/clothing drawings. I’ve taken inspiration from so many things, but I always try and put my own spin on it. Primarily I draw pop-star style outfits which I base off outfits various pop stars actually wear on-stage. Plus plenty of Disney drawings, and also Melanie Martinez inspires a fair amount of my drawings because I just love her style. I also have been working on multiple novels, however I won’t post them here, but I do have a NaNoWriMo (I’m LunaHufflepuff08 although I don’t think most of my projects are public)

Quinley’s bonus questions are: 

Who inspires you to create art? 

My art itself is inspired from various artists, however there’s not really anyone that inspires me to create the art in the first place, it’s just something I enjoy.

Would you also like to spend a day in an old fort? 

Yes that sounds like fun! (Even if it is haunted 😂) it would feel like something out of a fairytale.

Tell the readers three things about myself:

1. My favourite Greek Goddess is Artemis and my favourite Norse God is Loki (The person who nominated me, Quinley, has the same favourites as me!)
2. I can play the ukulele (self-taught) and I am trying to also learn guitar, although it’s a bit harder than the ukulele was
3. I have over 300 books 😁 (it’s a healthy addiction, trust me)
